Spring is Here

Spring is here and we've been busy busy! Luke started t-ball, he is fun to watch. He's pretty good at it too and enjoys it. They give them free drinks at the concession stand after practice...I really think that's his favorite part because he gets a root beer :) He's number 4 on the maroon team, I thought it was pretty neat he was number 4 when he's 4 years old...although only two more months and he'll be 5! I can't believe how fast he is growing.

Speaking of growing fast, Ms. Lillian is on the go...all the time. She is crawling now and loving it. She is busy like her brother is. I have to keep the doors closed in our house to the rooms because I found her in the bathroom and somehow she got all the way under Luke's bed when she was in there with him. The first think Luke said when I saw her under there was, " I didn't put her under there" haha. She also got her first tooth and I think it won't be long before the next one to it will come in.

Besides the kids growing too fast, Dee has been busy working and I have just been doing the "mom" thing. We did get to enjoy a night out last night. We went to the Hank Williams Jr and Jamey Johnson concert. That was a lot of fun.

I'm still doing weight watchers, so far I'm down 18 lbs. I have .6 lbs until I meet my 10% goal. I still have quite a ways to go once I hit that but I like setting small goals so I feel like I'm accomplishing something.

That's about all that's going on with us these days, enjoy some pictures of the kiddies.

Easter

We had a very busy weekend with lots of Easter fun. We dyed Easter eggs, went to Church were Josh Turner was a guest. We had an egg hunt, grilled out, made cupcakes...all kinds of fun!

The Easter Bunny brought Luke lots of candy, a couple planes, and two "Eye Spy" glasses. He brought Lillian two new pacis and a toy phone! :)

Great Pictures

Luke's teacher's assistant at school took these pictures of the kids at their Easter Egg Hunt they had! I love them and wanted to share.

What a Month!

It's been a while since I posted, sorry about that, seems like we are always busy busy. Dee is back in the swing of things with Landcaping so I have a little less "down " time to mess around on the computer. He's pretty much been gone from sun up to sun down, its a good thing though, it means the business is growing and that's what we want.
Besides that Luke was on spring break last week, we did not do too many exciting things though because I still had to work. We did enjoy lunch one day together and enjoyed some pretty weather outside.
My friend Natalie is visiting from France with her 8 month old baby girl Marley. So Lillian and Marley had their first play date.
I took Lillian to the GI today, she's been having some problems with reflux and other symptoms. The Dr. thinks she may have a milk/soy allergy and is running some test. Hopefully we will hear back from them at the end of the week. She is scheduled to have a scope done on April 15 at 11:am, so please keep her in your prayers. We are hoping all this as well as changing her formula and her reflux meds will help her tummy feel better.
Luke is doing great, he can't wait for Easter. Every day this week he has asked if it was "Easter Egg" time...although he's informed me that neither Lillian or I will be getting an Easter Egg Basket, haha. He's probably right about that though!
We are going to dye eggs at my Dad and Christa's Friday night, attend Easter Service at church Saturday evening and will go to my Dad and Christa's for an Easter Egg Hunt and dinner on Sunday. It will be a great weekend. I hope everyone has a blessed Easter!

Look at my babies!

Just wanted to post some pictures of my babies! Look how big they are. Luke will be five in less than three months and Lillian will be six months old next weekend. I can't believe how fast they are growing. Luke is becoming my computer man, he loves to play on the computer now and he amazes me with how much he can do. His teacher was bragging on him the other day that he knows all his Upper case and lower case letters and six sight words! Lillian is trying to crawl, I pretty much say she "crawls" because when I put her down she manages to get all the way across the room (or under the coffee table) haha. She kind of "monster crawls" right now. She gets up on her hands and legs and moves that way..it's pretty cute. I am one proud mommy!

Lillian's Dedication

Lillian was dedicated at World Outreach Church on February 28th. It was a great night that we were able to share with lots of family and friends!

Trip to visit Waylon and Sarah

We had a great trip to visit Uncle Way Way and Aunt "Shara". The ten hour trip went surprisingly well with Pa Pa, KK, Me, Dee, Luke, and Lillian. Thank goodness PaPa and KK had a large enough SUV for all of us! Waylon and Sarah's house is beautiful and Fairfax is gorgeous! They took us to lots of beautiful sites to see and great places to eat! I miss being there already. My favorite place to visit was probably Annapolis, it was a colorful place to visit with the water, sailboats, and brightly colored buildings. We also enjoyed visiting DC and taking Luke to see the White House, the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Aquarium, Korean Memorial, and lots more. We rode a double decker site seeing bus so we could see it all!PaPa, KK, and Sarah watched the kids one day so Dee and I could go to DC on our own. We enjoyed lunch in Georgetown and visiting an art museum were I got to see an exhibit on Georgia O'Keefe..of course I ws THRILLED about this :)
It as a blats and I can't wait to do it again!
